to everyone who was involved in making the Mums in Bath Show so amazing, we hope you have made lots of new friends and enjoyed bringing bath's community a little closer. we have had so much positive feedback and have decided to definitely do the event again in 2020

Mums in Bath Show : Sunday 14th July 2019
Introducing the Mums in Bath Show. The first of its kind in the area, the show is set to be a day of family fun in the heart of Bath.
Meet local businesses and find out what products and services are on offer in Bath.
Have fun in the Snapdragons Kid's Area.
Learn from experts, and take part in taster sessions and workshops on the Centre Stage.
Shop from local businesses selling fabulous products in the Market Place.
There is something for parents with children of all ages at the Mums in Bath Show.

Hosted in the Lansdown Suite at the luxury Apex Hotel in the heart of Bath city centre, the Mums in Show is accessible to all, including lots of space for buggies.

Apex Hotel will be offering a bar and cafe area for you to enjoy. Take a break and enjoy a coffee in the light and airy restaurant, or maybe a glass of fizz after all the fun of the show.

Arriving
Walk - Arrive via the conference entrance on A367.
Bus - the hotel is a short walk from the bus station. There are bus directly outside the hotel on James Street West
Train - Bath Spa Train Station is a 10 minute walk away
Parking - the nearest car park is Kingsmead Square
Centre Stage
Take a seat in the Centre Stage area to enjoy talks, take part in taster sessions and learn from local experts. Book your space at taster sessions to take part in the class. If you are not booked on you can still watch and learn from the seating area around the stage.
10.30 a.m. - Sing and Sign taster session - book a space when buying tickets
Sing and Sign Bath will teach your child signs to help your them communicate.
11.00 a.m. - Benefits of Baby Swimming
Find out about the many benefits of baby swimming with local experts, Water Babies
11.30 a.m. - Baby massage taster session - book a space when buying tickets
Experience the calming benefits of baby massage with The Bath Massage Company.
12.00 p.m. - Your sleep questions answered
Michelle Long from Dream Sleepers will be solving your sleep challenges
12.30 p.m. - Fun Science Show
Lots of fun for all ages with fizzing potions, popping test tubes and fog rings from Fun Science
1.00 p.m. - Mini First Aid demo
Learn some basic first aid techniques from Mini First Aid Bath
1.30 p.m. - How to be a calm parent
Hypnotherapist Orla Kirby will be teaching you how to keep calm and carry on
2.00 p.m. - Your sleep questions answered
Michelle Long from Dream Sleepers will be solving your sleep challenges
2.30 - Introduction to hypnobirthing
Learn from Paratoi about the benefits of hypnobirthing for a calm and stress-free birth
3.00 p.m. - Understanding the child that thinks differently
Autism expert, Helen Eaton, will lead a relaxed and enjoyable talk explaining the facts of Autism, the many strengths of Autistic children and some of the challenges they face.
3.30 - Charity raffle draw
Prize draw for some great prizes donated by local businesses.
All money raised to be donated to Forever Friends' Appeal. Tickets available in foyer.
Snapdragons Kids Area
The Snapdragons Kid's Area will be full of toys and activities to entertain your children throughout the day. Babies can have some buggy free time in the sensory area, whilst older children can explore and play in the sectioned off children's area, join in with story time and lots more fun.
Please note that children must be supervised by their own grown ups at all times.

Story time with be held at 10:15am, 12:15pm, 2:15pm and 3:45pm.

and Moorland Road Community Library

There will also be special guest appearances from Paw Patrol's Marshall and Anna/Elsa from Frozen who will be popping in throughout the day.

The event will be held on Sunday 14th July at Apex Hotel, James Street West, Bath from 10am to 4pm
Tickets are £8. Children under 10 go free with paying adults.
The first 100 people to arrive on the day will receive a free goody bag packed with offers and freebies.
